At Celebrating Smiles Orthodontics, Dr. Mark Paciorek strives to provide exceptional orthodontic treatment using modern appliances and technology.
Dr. Mark Paciorek
Dr. Mark Paciorek has been practicing orthodontics for over 30 years! He received his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and worked as a pharmacist prior to and during dental training. He attended the University at Buffalo Dental School for both his dental degree and specialty training in orthodontics at the master’s level, graduating at the top of his class.
In his pursuit of continued excellence, Dr. Paciorek has attended numerous continuing education programs throughout the years to maintain and deliver the highest quality of care. Because of his relentless pursuit of excellence, he is a frequent lecturer, sharing his orthodontic expertise at dental society meetings and dental study clubs throughout North America.
He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Northeast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Fifth District Dental Society, Onondaga County Dental Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, and co-chair of the Upstate New York Dentofacial Abnormalities Group. In his spare time, Dr. Paciorek enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
Dr. Lou Chmura
Dr. Lou Chmura is an early adopter and an innovator in orthodontics. With more than 37 years in private practice and over 10,000 hours of orthodontic education, Dr. Lou has served as an advisor to numerous companies and has been involved in developing practical courses to help orthodontists incorporate soft tissue lasers, 3D CBCT, and screening, testing, and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in the orthodontic office. With numerous professional publications and over 100 professional presentations, Dr. Lou is passionate about helping others achieve results far beyond their current situation.
Dr. Lou’s enthusiasm for teaching, coaching, and consulting helps orthodontic practices learn to evaluate and incorporate technology, achieve great results in fewer appointments, and empower their teams to achieve more than they ever thought possible. His passion for helping others led him to develop the concept of Complete Orthodontics, including airway, bite and exceptional esthetics in addition to aligning teeth.
When Dr. Lou is not working to create incredible new smiles, you can find him golfing, traveling or spending time with his grandchildren, his children, and Penny, his wife of 43 years.
